These terms apply when you use homesaunaguide.ie ("the site"), run by Home Sauna Guide ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

• The site is free to use for your own, non-commercial purposes.
• You may link to any page and share short extracts with a link back to the source.
• Don't copy our guides, diagrams or data in bulk, republish them as your own, or scrape the site to build a competing product.
• Don't try to disrupt the site, its security or the services it runs on.

Information on the site

Our guides, tools and figures are general information to help you plan. They aren't legal, planning, electrical, medical or financial advice, and they may not suit your circumstances. Read our disclaimer before relying on anything here.

Tools and estimates

The running cost calculator and the home vs public sauna calculator give indicative results from the answers you enter and published figures. They are not decisions, quotes or professional assessments.

Seller listings and Featured placements

• Seller listings and prices are based on information sellers publish about themselves. A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement, and we don't check or guarantee a seller's products or service.
• Sellers can pay for a Featured placement, which is always labelled. Payment never affects our guides, prices or how other sellers are listed. See how we list sellers.
• Any purchase you make from a seller is between you and that seller.
• If you run a listed business and want details corrected or removed, email hello@homesaunaguide.ie.

Links to other sites

We link to sellers, government bodies, regulators and other sources. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The text, diagrams, tools and design of the site belong to Home Sauna Guide unless stated otherwise. Seller and product names belong to their owners.

Liability

We provide the site "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including decisions to build, buy or apply for permission. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Irish law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
