Using and looking after a home sauna
The short answer
Most people run a traditional sauna at about 66 to 91°C and an infrared cabin at about 43 to 57°C. Wipe the benches and air it out after every session, give it a proper clean once to three times a year, and check the heater stones at least once a year.
